Veteran’s Promise Consulting is a private, for-profit consulting company that provides education, guidance, and administrative assistance to veterans seeking VA disability benefits.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Defense, or any government agency.
We do not:
File claims on your behalf
Act as a Veterans Service Organization (VSO)
Provide legal advice
Guarantee outcomes, ratings, or timelines
All decisions regarding VA claims are made solely by the VA.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
Maintain copies of all documents submitted to the VA
Attend scheduled appointments and examinations
Notify us of claim updates, decisions, or VA correspondence
Understand that you are responsible for submitting your own claims unless otherwise stated in writing
Failure to comply may limit our ability to assist you.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for services are disclosed separately in a written service agreement or invoice.
By engaging our services, you agree that:
Fees are not contingent upon claim approval or outcome unless explicitly stated in writing
Payment obligations remain regardless of VA decisions
Late or missed payments may result in service suspension, contract termination, or collection efforts
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
5. No Guarantees
Veteran’s Promise Consulting makes no guarantees regarding:
Approval or denial of claims
Disability ratings or percentages
Processing times
Retroactive benefits
Any examples, testimonials, or prior results shared are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
6. Communications & SMS Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including phone calls, emails, and text messages related to your account or services.
Marketing or promotional text messages are sent only with separate consent.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not responsible for messages.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials, is the property of Veteran’s Promise Consulting and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
We may refer clients to third-party providers (e.g., medical evidence or evaluation services). These providers are independent entities, and we are not responsible for their services, outcomes, or fees.
Any engagement with third-party providers is solely between you and that provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veteran’s Promise Consulting shall not be liable for:

Loss of benefits, income, or opportunity
VA decisions or delays
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veteran’s Promise Consulting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion, including for non-payment, lack of communication, or violation of these Terms.
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
